Our goal is to ensure the Ragdoll breed remains true. I wish to improve the breed and not every kitten will fit into my breeding program. I will inevitably have kittens surplus to my requirements, and therefore available for adoption to a suitable home.

When you choose to get a kitten from Ragaffairo, your kitten will have been New Zealand Cat Fancy registered, desexed, and will of had their first vaccination, vet checked, wormed, flea treated, prespoilt and fully groomed prior to leaving us and going to their new home. Because Ragdolls mature a lot slower than most other breeds, they will usually not be ready to leave us until they are at least twelve weeks old.

We spend a great deal of time with our kittens, giving them all the love and affection they so richly deserve - and then even more cuddles and kisses! We believe this is so important in rearing happy confident healthy cats. They are all raised inside with us as part of the family; their health is never compromised.

When ready to leave us, your Ragdoll will have been fully socialised, and will be very content with all the sights and sounds that they are likely to encounter on their arrival at their new home.

Rearing each litter is a complete and utter joy to us, with each kitten having its own unique personality. All are very endearing, and each one has brought us many hours of pleasure with their cuddles and humorous antics. Therefore, finding our kittens a secure lifelong home, where they will be loved and cared for like a cherished family member, is a priority to us.

We strive to find a responsible home where it is recognised that an acquisition of a Ragdoll as a pet, although very rewarding, is also a long-term commitment of time, love and money.

What You Will Get...

When your kitten is ready to leave us, you will receive their vaccination certificate, transfer of ownership, a copy of their pedigree, samples of the food they have been eating, a Ragdoll care booklet, their favourite toy that they have become attached to, and a list of recommendations for an assortment of essential accessories that you will require.
